WILL:Giles Hawker 28 AUG 1819 Chaceley; held at Hereford and Worcester Record Office Mentions wife Mary,son Giles,son Thomas,dau Milborough Left Chaceley estate to Giles,Castlemorton Estate to Thomas,Bartletts and Evans in Eldersfield to Milborough. William Halsey and John Bick were appointed Executors and Trustees of the estates should Mary re-marry. They renounced in favour of Mary who later died intestate and son Giles then took over administration of the remaining assets.
Millborough (by then named Coates) was living at Bartlett, Eldersfield in the 181 census HO.107/1204 Book 5 F.9 P.13
Died intestate. Letters of Admin granted to son Giles 25 March 1829. Copy at Gloucester Redord Office.

Caroline Burrows had a stroke when she was about 30 which robbed her of speech until 6 months before she died aged over 70. She used to write on a slate to communicate. She lived with Clara during this time. This infornation was given verbally by Muriel Hall to Graham Hawker on 16 April 2002.
