Bequests: my beloved wife Ann Fluck "in lieu of her thirds" £20 from the profits from my Cophyhold Estates at Deerhurst, remainder of profits to my children Charles Fluck, Thomas Fluck, Martha Fluck, John Fluck, Mary Wass (the wife of George Wass) and George Fluck; my daughter Martha Fluck £10 out of the share which I give to my son George Fluck; after the death of my wife my Copyhold Estate to be sold and the be distributed equally amongst my children Charles Fluck, Thomas Fluck, Martha Fluck, John Fluck, Mary Wass & George Fluck; household furniture to my wife for life and after her death to my daughters Martha Fluck & Mary Wass; remainder of estate to my abovesaid children
